I have work as a Chef for more than 30 years in this beautiful city and I have had several restaurants for a long time. Six years ago the last one burned down and althought it looked like the end, thank to that situation I had the chance to dream again about what I wanted to be and I had sure that my passion was people and that I wanted to connec with people of around the world and teach them the most important details of our Spanish gastronomy.
